It’s so great to have you here. I’m Stephanie, a perinatal mental health clinician, a mom, and the Founder of Crescent Moon Therapy.

My work is rooted in both clinical expertise and lived experience. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and the complex emotional transitions that come with becoming a parent.  Taking the first step on your path to mental wellness is a brave and rewarding decision. To grow, one must be vulnerable and willing to trust in others. I feel honored to support your journey of healing and transformation.

Prior to founding Crescent Moon Therapy, I worked as a social worker in the COMPASS Program at Northwestern, where I supported individuals and families through high-risk pregnancies and perinatal mental health challenges.  That experience continues to shape the depth, compassion, and clinical rigor I bring to my work today.

As a Latina clinician, I am especially passionate about creating spaces where women feel seen, understood, and culturally supported.  I recognize the unique pressures, expectations, and generational narratives that can influence how we experience motherhood, mental health, and identity.  My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in honoring the full complexity of who you are.

When I work with clients, my goal is to discover and address the obstacles that are holding back your progress and identify how you can grow. Being involved in this transformative process is a great privilege.

If you are ready to begin your first steps toward perinatal mental health, book an appointment with Crescent Moon Therapy.
