Hannah Ritze, LCSW

About Me

Mental health is just as important as your physical health. My name is Hannah and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and received my Master’s in Social Work from Loyola University. My background is in nursing as well as medical social work in both the inpatient and outpatient settings where I’ve seen firsthand the importance of prioritizing your emotional well-being.  I have experience working with young adults treating eating disorders, anxiety, and depression.  I have a strong passion for working with the perinatal population.  With my experience, I bring a comprehensive view of health and mental health into my therapy practice.

In therapy, I offer a warm, tailored approach focusing on the individual’s self-identified needs.  I work to create an environment in which all clients feel seen and heard in order to cultivate space to explore and process.

Life is hard and I hope to have the opportunity to support you through life’s challenges.

Some techniques I utilize include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).  In utilizing these techniques, I work together with you, supportively, in order to help you become the best version of yourself.
